Meet University Assistant Cheerleader Coach, Ms. Melanie Thomas.

Q: Where were you born and raised?
A: Spokane, Washington.
Q: Where did you go to college and get your teaching degree?
A: One year at EWU, where I cheered. Now I am at the Falls (Spokane Falls Community College).
Q: What was your favorite subjects in school?
A: Cheer, History, Leadership.
Q: Did you play in any sports in high school? College?
A: Cheer and Gymnastics, Cheered for one year at EWU.
Q: When did you realize that you wanted to coach?
A: When Abbie Lentz asked me to help.
Q: Where was your first teaching job?
A: UHS (University High School).

A: This is my 2nd year.

A: I just made the UCA staff, and I love hanging out with my sisters and their kids.
